They are very professional but in a friendly, caring manner. I never feel rushed by anyone and they're always willing to listen. Dr. Eaddy is sincerely interested in how you are doing and what could be done to improve your condition. At the same time, I appreciate his honesty and laying it all out there so there aren't any misunderstandings.
