The Orange Park clinic on Wells Road (Suite 100) is where Dr. Eaddy sees patients for new and follow-up consultations, pain evaluations, and in-office interventional care. New patients are welcome; procedures take place next door in the Orange Park Surgery Center (Suite 200).
Patients are also evaluated here for advanced options such as spinal cord stimulation and targeted drug delivery (pain pump), and for troubleshooting of existing implanted pain devices.
