The Mandarin office on San Jose Boulevard is where Dr. Eaddy sees patients for new and follow-up consultations, pain evaluations, and in-office interventional treatments such as injections and nerve blocks. New patients are welcome.
Patients are also evaluated here for advanced options such as spinal cord stimulation and targeted drug delivery (pain pump), and for troubleshooting of existing implanted pain devices.
